This notice explains how Their Principles uses information submitted through this website and its Founder Check-In.
What you share
The check-in asks about your stage, clarity and direction, execution, connection and support, and sustainable capacity. We collect your email address, international phone number, answers, calculated results, submission time and consent preference only when you submit the form to unlock your full results. Until then, your answers stay in the current page session.
Why we collect it
We use your submission to provide your complete reflection and allow the Their Principles team to understand the needs of people interested in the community. Your full results appear immediately on screen after a successful submission. This form does not automatically send an email or text message.
You may separately choose to receive community updates by email. That box is optional and unchecked by default. Providing a phone number is required to unlock the report; it is not consent to promotional calls or text messages.
Storage and access
Submitted information is stored in the website’s private database using Sites hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare D1. It is available to the Their Principles team and relevant service providers for operating the website. There is no public list of submissions. We do not sell your check-in responses.
Retention and your choices
We currently retain submissions until the team removes them; automatic deletion is not yet configured. You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your submission, or withdraw your email-update preference, through our community contact on WhatsApp. Tell us the email used for the assessment so we can identify the record. We may need to verify that the request is yours before acting.
Site operation
We have not added advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site. When the form is submitted, abuse protection uses a short-lived, salted hash of an IP address rather than storing the raw address in our assessment database. These technical records are pruned during subsequent submissions.
External services
Event registration and WhatsApp links open separate services with their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when you visit them. The website’s background film is illustrative; event photographs show past gatherings.
A reflection, not a diagnosis
The check-in is intended for adults and supports personal reflection. It is not a medical, psychological or financial assessment and does not determine eligibility for membership or predict business success. Please do not submit confidential business information or sensitive health details.
